Locked Down

Locked Down, might as well be locked in
Keep me from everyone I love or hate
The time for health and freedom I can’t wait.
The streets are empty, the city is hollow and,
the leaders are now in control.
Because we have been locked down
For our own good, and for the good of others
We are at war, with something we can’t see
We have lost so many warriors, and the ordinary.

Locked Down, might as well be locked in
Keep me from everyone I love and hate
The time for health and feeedom I can’t wait.
Being alone is not my ideal
But Lord, its time for me to get real.
The silence is louder now
The voices in my head, shouting to be heard.
I can’t shake these thoughts, intrusive in every word.
What is happen, ning to me?
myself, I can hardly see
The closer I am, here all alone
Can’t turn it off, I hurry to the phone
Need to talk to someone, to listen to anyone besides
these voices in my head.
They’re all around, even in my bed.
Is it all because of the CCP?
Or because my daemons want me to see.
The illusions that is part of me?
O Lord, you want me to see, so I can, be free.
Not only of the noise in this silence, but a soul with no deeee-mons.

Locked Down, might as well be locked in
Keep me from everyone I love and hate
The time for health and freedom I can’t wait.
The silence is so loud, I hear voices in my head
I hope I’m not counted among the dead.
