Love is Renewed


Darkened clouds take possession of the morning sky.
To orchestrate the thunderous BOOM
   as the Timpani drum does.
Following electrons stream between, within clouds.
between a cloud and the ground
Crackling fireworks of lightening strikes.
The rain taps rapidly as
Furiously dinging upon a tin roof.

After having soaked the morning.
Darkness is torn apart
By the sunlight, summer warmth.
Birdsong as the reed pipe catch my ear.
Brightens my afternoon slumber.

As I look at you now
A song of love is renewed within me.
Overflowing as an ocean of violins play.
